Catalogue of an exhibition Pierre Alechinsky at the famous Gallery of France in 1973, published for the presentation of two books devoted to the artist : "L'avenir de la propriété" and "Pointes". The first part of the catalogue is devoted to the drawings, paintings, inks of Alechinsky all titled by Joyce Mansour. The second part of the catalogue is completely different and enthralling : Jean Michel Folon took various photographs of the workshop of Alechinsky, then the atist comments on what one sees there, brushes, drafts, drawings, objects brought back from the whole world. One discovers Alechinsky collector (gouache of Brauner, works of Miro, Sam Francis, or this print of Picasso, engraving issued from the album "Sueno y mentira de Franco" of 1937). Conceived by Yves River and published by Weber. The first 100 copies of this catalogue contain an original etching in colours signed by the artist. Back
